1. Services

Deal Done AI provides digital marketing, web development, app development, and related services as described in your chosen package or agreement.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in your service agreement.

2. Payments

Service fees are payable as per the agreed package and schedule. Advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are paid separately and directly to the respective platforms.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information, and approvals needed to deliver the services.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or materials you provide.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services as per the cancellation terms in your agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
