Our services are professional, time-and-effort-based digital services. Work begins immediately after payment and onboarding, which involves dedicated resources, tools, and strategy development.

2. Non-Refundable Components

Setup fees, third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad spend, software licenses), and work already completed are non-refundable.

Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms are non-refundable by us as they are spent directly on those platforms.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if no work has commenced on your project and a written request is made within 48 hours of payment.

Once strategy, setup, or any deliverable work has begun, the amount becomes non-refundable.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues and will work to make things right within the agreed scope.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@dealdoneai.com with your order details and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
