Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

For ongoing monthly or retainer services, a written cancellation notice of at least 15 days before the next billing cycle is required.

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@dealdoneai.com.

2. Mid-Cycle Cancellation

If you cancel mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the current paid period. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable as resources are already committed.

3. Project-Based Work

For one-time projects, cancellation after work has begun will be billed proportionally for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we will hand over completed deliverables for which payment has been made. Access to managed accounts and ongoing optimization will cease at the end of the paid period.

5. Reactivation

You may reactivate cancelled services at any time, subject to current pricing and availability. A fresh onboarding may be required.
