Freelance Telesales Executive
This is a calling role, done from wherever you are. You speak to businesses that need digital marketing, explain what we do, and earn 25% commission on every deal that closes. No office, no fixed hours, no daily call targets - work as much or as little as you want.
What you will do
- Call small and medium businesses - shops, clinics, manufacturers, service firms - and introduce our digital marketing services
- Understand what the business needs and explain the right service or package
- Share brochures and pricing on WhatsApp after the call
- Hand over interested businesses to our team for the detailed discussion and proposal
- Follow up on calls that did not close immediately - most deals come from the follow-up, not the first call

No. This is a freelance, commission-only role - you earn 25% of the value of every deal you close, with no fixed salary and no deductions. There are no daily call targets either, so what you earn depends entirely on how much you choose to work.
When do I get paid?
Every week. Whatever you sell from Monday to Sunday is transferred to your bank account the following Thursday. You do not wait until month end.
Do you provide the data or numbers to call?
No. You find your own prospects - local markets, online directories, your own contacts. What we provide is the training, the brochures and proposals, the pricing, and a team that handles every technical discussion after your introduction.
Do I need a degree or a minimum qualification?
No degree is required and there is no age limit. What matters is that you can speak comfortably to business owners in Hindi and working English, and that you have a phone, internet and a quiet place to call from.
Can I do this alongside a job or my studies?
Yes, and many people do. There are no fixed hours and no attendance. Most business calling happens between 10am and 6pm, so you need some availability in that window, but how many hours you put in is your decision.
